Morning all.

So far I've managed to catch up with most of Friday's work. Now to start on Mondays work.

Lo peeps.

Today the school has an 'in service' day so I'm looking after the boys (and dog). The wife kindly left all the washing up from last night and specific instructions on what food to prepare and cook this evening. There are also 'a couple of jobs' that she would like to see completed but the final instruction has me scratching my head - take it easy and don't do too much :?

Confused I am.

Al

Morning all.

Cleared some junk out of the freezer last night, now suffering Linda Mccartney's Revenge - contributing more greenhouse gases to the environment than a herd of wildebeest.

Not good.

jonbwfc I was behind her in a queue today - but I wouldn't describe it as 'bushy'.

Morning all.

Looks like I picked a really naff week weather wise to have off work. Plus my cousin is in hospital for a second lot of heart surgery

Still, friend coming over for lunch with her baby girl so it's not all bad.

Have a great day folks.

Back went 'pop' yesterday evening; have spent most of the night in a fair degree of pain and spasm. Not going into work today for obvious reasons. Dr has prescribed diazepam, tramadol and diclophenac sodium which should help alleviate the symptoms somewhat.

Doctor will tell you to do nothing and medicate yourself up to the eyeballs, get to a sports injury physio.

Couldn't eat all morning because I had a fasting blood test and then I had to work.

I have, however, been justly rewarded; Mrs. Bucket just returned from the coiffeuse sporting a new 'do somewhat similar to Rachel Riley

This is actually a reccurence of a problem from quite some while ago, and the Dr then was very good at both providing decent pain killers but also getting me to a physio. Attended for quite some time and have a series of exercises to do as and when required which help enormously. Having had an MRI scan we do at least know exactly what the problem is, which does help.

Morning.

Back problems? Nothing as bad as others have reported, but I know all about back problems. :(

I definitely intend on getting out with the camera today. I missed opportunities on Sunday, due to laziness.

Onwards and sideways.
