Screw the paperwork. But making the seals ill is definitely not acceptable. :D

Bought a set of weights that total 20kg in a case so that I could shift it around if necessary. Have discovered that my fcuktard parents have destroyed the case by dropping it*. This shall be an ongoing argument as both are saying they had nothing to do with it :x , though it may give me the perfect excuse to punch my father in the head...

And no I'm not joking, it's well fcuking due :x :x :x

* Case has an enormous dent in the top corner and is cracked along one side, meaning any sort of movement as intended will seriously shorten it's lifespan.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing... me and my dad used to piss each other off more than anyone else in the world...

What I'm trying to say is that one day... well, I think we all know what I'm trying to say, don't we?

It's not easy, you know... living with regrets.

It's not easy living with parents who would destroy your stuff, treat you like you're an idiot, and then try to rip you off by not paying for the damage!

Seriously though, how fcuked up is that?

I honestly won't miss any of my family, we've never been that close from day one, there's just a level of emotional retardation you wouldn't believe :|

Actually, I would believe it, and I also know through bitter experience that when you say you won't miss any of your family you are wrong. You don't have to take my word for it, but I'm telling you that, in this case, I am right.

Well, I'm sorry to hear that, and I honestly hope in this case that I am wrong.

I would usually side with John, but having experienced my cousins nightmare lives at the hands of my Auntie and Unlce I understand where you're coming from.

They don't speak to their parents at all, not even at my dad's funeral, and I don't blame them, in fact I support them. It's hard to believe how such nice people could come from such a pair.

I've often wondered if that's exactly why some nice people come about - an effective silver lining...

BBC News reporting fail.

Some bloke was just talking about how hard it is to drill a hole and hit such a small target.
He said it "was similar to the oil industry, but the oil industry doesn't have the technology to be that aaccurate."

Bollocks!
They use technoilogy to hit targets that small every day!

The previous owner of this house - who's had numerous DIY fails in the past, including using a rigid pipe to plumb in the gas to the cooker - used a random scattering of nails to secure one of the carpets.
Just been ripping up the carpet to prepare for the new one going in on Monday. I'm busy between now and then, so it had to get done today.

It happens a lot. Invariably someone trying to save some money not getting a fitter in to fix it.

Vodafone finally claim to have sorted my problem...

They haven't

They have however taken 6 weeks to answer a straightforward set of non leading questions and lied about it a number of times in the process

Plusnet and BT fail.

My internet connection has gone down for the third time in as many weeks. On the previous two occasions it was down for 5 to 6 days at a time.

Additional fail - on each occasion they question me about my router and other equipment. Are you sure your router is working ok?
"Yes, it's fine. Thanks for asking, AGAIN. I've tested the line with two routers, each of which with a different set of cables and a different PC and a selection of three filters." Each time the BT engineer has come out and blamed a problem at the exchange, but still they ask!

I ended up not doing my problem sheet, but rewriting the GraphViz plugin for my text editor.
