+1 also, you may wish to consider retirement from the bike scene

Well, that's f*cking sh1te. :(

First ride back today, practising for the big end of year race. So numpty me forgets to check over my bike, and just goes out. No brake fluid in the front brake is deffinately FTL, as I landed off a jump with no brake, carried straight on, rode up the top of a berm and got my foot stuck between the bottom of the bike and the top of the berm.

A couple of broken toes and a broken guider thingie is deffinately a piss poor end to the year. :(

Sorry to hear that, Adam - as with everyone else, wishing you a speedy recovery.

Depends if it’s an air brick or not, I suppose.

Thanks everyone. :)

Been back to the horsepital today, as the swelling has gone down so I can have a pot on. It seems that I have broken both of the bones that are like guiders for the toe.

This shows what I'm on about. The two bones that come from the toe. :(

6-8 weeks as usual. :(

If you think your life is bad at the moment, Adam, I'm nearly in tears on the Easyjet website.

After booking a flight, I had a look at the hotels they can offer to see if they were discounted. There were only four hotels listed, so I clicked the link entitled "View more hotels" and it showed the rest of the list. To reduce the number shown, the link was then entitled "Show less hotels". How on earth can you show less hotels? :o

Peter.

I think it means the the number of hotels?

But it could be that they use the same template for every page on the site?

My point was that it should have read "Show fewer hotels" rather than "Show less hotels" ;)

How can I be creative when clients insist on coming up with stupid names for their new ventures? The latest one has 25 letters in it. There's no way I can cook up a decent identity and brand based on that. And it's got the dreaded "solutions" word in it. Gah!

I hate this job now. I really do. Any ideas of other jobs I can do?

:x :(
