Went to the supplier party last night and saw a lot of my very old friends and colleagues - known some of them 18 years now! Anyway there was TV chat and this stuff has been recommended and by what he was saying he knows what he's talking about Dominion The Leftovers Salem Hannibal Hemlock Grove House Of Lies The Blacklist

That's on Netflix at the moment and I have the last three eps to watch. I've been enjoying it. It's been renewed for a second season as well. Mark

The term 'slow burner' was designed for this show. The pacing is very different to other shows - as you've already discovered - and after the first episode I also wondered if it was something I should stick with, so you're not alone there. But I did stick with it and once you settle in with the pace of the show (I binged watched it so I got in the rhythm of it around ep 3) it becomes this wonderfully dark programme about the good and evil in mankind. It is horribly stereotyping for people in the Deep South of America, but honestly, it's nothing that hasn't been represented before - which doesn't excuse it, but that's just what the show does. Honestly, I can't say that this show will be for everyone, but I ended up enjoying it a lot. Mark

When I started watching Hemlock Grove on Netflix last week there was only one season available. When I finished the last ep just a few moments ago it took me to the second season that is now available. I consider this a win.

I'm really enjoying "Halt And Catch Fire" at the moment.
And season 4 of "Suits".

I sat through a few episodes of Silicon Valley. What a hideously painful cringe-fest.
