Sounds really fishy to me. I'd check it on the scales at the docs if I were you. 2 stone in a week is dangerous and if you really had, you'd notice.

Probably she meant that if you'd been retaining water beforehand, the lost weight could be that, but I would assume that if you're exercising then you'd be replenishing your water so it's unlikely. Besides, if you lost 2 stone of water in a week I bet you'd have noticed the complete and total absence of pee

I'll buy myself a decent set of scales to check with, thanks. I have been exercising a lot recently, so I have lost a small amount of weight, but I doubt it's anywhere near 2 stone.
