Morning.

Dull old dark old day. I wonder if it'll brighten up later.

I have decided to treat myself to a Chrimble pressy for the pooter. I'll go out and get it later, if only to savour the frantic last minute shoppers worshipping their gods.

Onwards and sideways.

Good Morning all - well a nice brekkie and now at my desk - and should be able to slip away around lunch - so I guess I had better do something for the next 2 hrs

Good morning sun shine! A lovely windy drizzly cold day here in Costa del Manc, really gets you in the festive spirit lugging a Bernard Matthews icecube in from the boot of the car, and enough fresh vegetables to float a hot air balloon come Boxing Day, Merry Christmas everyone!

Morning World,

I've got a stinking cold which only really came out Wednesday and has left me feeling crap and exhausted, Fortunately I'm off today and we don't have 'rents arriving until tomorrow lunchtime so hopefully I'll be able to potter about the place today getting organised.

Much is already done, sheets changed and house tidy and clean-ish, I want to mop the kitchen floor and run the vac around the place, then I have to start work on prep'ing veg and etc for the next few days. Luckily we've already done this recently, last weekend for Yule, so hopefully it'll all go swimmingly on Sunday! Picking up the goose and venison tomorrow, then sitting down to write a list of proceedings to try and make sure all is ready by 1pm on the day for lunch.

Meanwhile, I muct go and de-orange the kitchen and try to get some order in there so I'm not falling over things tomorrow.

Morning

I'm not usually up this early after a night out, but awake is awake.

Now I need something to do...

Morning all,

Gf's mum fell at home and broke 2 ribs on Thursday (she is over 80) and they are sending her home today, even though she can barely stand up. :(

Family is very upset and Christmas isn't getting off to a good start.

Big Christmas lunch today, then go over to her mum's for opening presents tonight.

Morning all,

Both Mrs.V. and I are still colded up, and it looks like the kids are coming down with it as well.

Oh well.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning all.

We've battened down the hatches for the next couple of days. We have fodder in stock, we've been invited to dinner tomorrow with our next door neighbour, and the PVRs have been set to record the pick of the rubbish telly on offer.

If I don't get a chance before, a warm seasonal greeting to all X404 forumites!
