Morning

Drove over to Trowbridge last night, and it was glorious.
Quiet roads, warm evening so the windows down and the music on. Prat Nav took me on a fairly odd route through Glastonbury and all round that way, which I've never driven before, and it was great. Lots of A & B roads. Saw an owl take a small beastie at the road side.
Although I hate to say it, but Glastonbury does indeed appear to be full of wizards, men with interesting facial hair and fascinating waistcoats, and women that are probably called Perdita and Arimentha. The outlying towns appeared to be full of youth gathering in car parks in their Fiestas; the British friday night standard.
Few flashes of lightning last night, sadly didn't amount to a storm so it's thick and muggy this morning.
Next stop, Liverpool.

Morning all.

Weekend in Cardiff. Lovely weather although I seem to have a knack for booking hotel rooms on the top floor of the building in hotels/guest houses without a lift and in this instance only a tiny skylight for ventilation. It was WARM at night. Still, a guest house ont he other side of the Taff from the Millennium stadium for less than £40/night isn't bad.

Have a great day folks.

Morning all,

Level 5 Maths this morning, followed by an afternoon of job hunting. I'm not exactly desperate to find something yet, but I want this sorted by mid July, if possible, definitely by the beginning of September.

Mustn't fall into the trap of letting my standards drop. *repeats to self* "I will not apply for a job unless I am actually interested in the role"

Have a great day everyone.

:)

Back at work.
Back at my old desk.
My teaching contract ran out on Friday, so I'm back to the tech'ing.
So far, I've discovered that in my absence, my colleagues have managed to lose all the SD cards, a £320 mic, and an £80 mic, the electrical tape and all the rechargeable AA batteries.
So my boss will have a field day when he see's the order form I'm about to hand him.
