*checks clock* Morning. Been to the doctor's today. I wanted to catch up with stuff, and be assured I was still reasonably healthy. It seems I am, but it's damned hard to catch up with stuff when you never see the same GP from one visit to the next. How are they supposed to know anything about you? Anyway, that's a week of being in and out done for now. Morning all.
I'm sooo glad it's Friday although I appear to have knackered my elbow at the gym earlier in the week which is a bit of a nusiance.
On the plus side it looks like it's going to be a glorious if slightly cold weekend.

Lo peeps It's nearly afternoon and if I want to use the car I'm going to have to defrost it Order from SWMBO to switch on central heating obeyed and espresso machine switched on in anticipation and then it's into town to look at shelves for the young 'un to display his lego. Al
