I cleaned my room as much as I could. She's a radiographer so she has an understanding of confidentiality. I think she just wanted to see me in my workplace. It was nice but it was a bit weird too because I've never let a work colleague visit me at home, and I've never let a friend/relative visit me at work. She brought lunch which was just picnic items but it was nice to sit in the office and have lunch (something I do only once a week and at a computer screen), and just sit and chat.
I introduced her to my bosses which was a little nerve-racking (again I've never mixed business with pleasure and they know very little of my life outside of work) and she brought cookies to share, which was nice. She also brought food so I didn't have to cook tonight. We did have a bit of a kiss and cuddle but I couldn't relax and it kinda freaked me out (again, not used to doing social things at work - I've always been strict about keeping home life out of the workplace). I'm normally fine at home.
Apparently, I struggle with PDAs (been told it stands for "public displays of affection").

My fiancé has never visited me at work, although the eldest step-daughter has visited me, we went swimming and then we had slices of pepper with a quark dip in my office afterwards.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.
