Morning.

Cold. Don't like cold wind.

Onwards and sideways.

This seems the most appropiate time to say your usual "onwards and sideways" suggesting the winds are so strong in foreign england that its actually gusting you making you go sidewards :(

Morning,

Lovely start to the day - very bright and sunny.

A dry night and little to no wind means although it's -3, it isn't frosty.

Have a good one.

Morning all.

It's cold but we've modified the table football table at work to make it even better so life is good.

Lo peeps

Today I will mostly be washing the car. More specifically I shall be driving the car to the carwash and going for an espresso whilst the deed is done - I do like to make a day of it.

Morning.

Bit nippy, but no sign of the predicted snowmageddon. I wonder if the weatherguessers will have a yellow alert for normal weather soon.

Happy Friday!

Morning all.

It's chuffing cold in the office for some reason & I've got to go to a meeting.

I do have beer later to look forward to so it's not all bad

Just had my Jobseeker Assessment Interview at the Jobcentre

"Well you've got a very good, wide skill set. Let's see what jobs there are..." *searches for jobs*

---NO POSITIONS FOUND---

"Erm... Let's widen the search to the whole county and see what's about..." *searches for jobs*

---NO POSITIONS FOUND---

"Erm... Let's widen the search to the whole region - there should be something around..." *searches for jobs*

---20 POSITIONS FOUND---

*Looks through details*

"Sorry - these are all Maintenance Engineer positions. You'll have to keep looking at the website anyway."

Poor cow - she was so bloody embarrassed. I'm too qualified for the crap jobs, not qualified enough for the good ones, they won't train me, I can't afford to pay for training, I'm too old to get an apprenticeship and she said they probably wouldn't put into a work-experience scheme for another 6 months.

What is the f***ing point in my turning up?
