They may be able to give you details of a local pharmacy that's still open.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laxative

Different laxatives work in different ways. Some do indeed soften the problem, but it's likely there will be some pain involved. However, the relief will be enormous and the pain short lived. There is something strangely satisfying about laying a six-flush log.

My GP highly recommended large quantities of beer as a fast and effective remedy. It certainly has some merit.

I think Dave posted in the wrong thread, but at least it was random.

Here's a random word: Incomplete.

You'll need strong stomachs for this...

How real food matches up to the advertising, or not. And just click through...

I should warn about the whole canned chicken, just in case you're contemplating lunch.

I that is why I enjoy making HOME COOKED DECENT FOOD! Some of those look absolutely gross.

My boyfriend and I are all for economy gastronomy, well I always have been but even more so now we're skint. We make one packet of beef mince stretch to at least 5 meals. The roast chicken we had on Sunday also provided another roast dinner last night and the carcass is going towards making a chicken and sausage caserole.

Last week my boyfriend made his first curry by using bits of chicken from the freezer and stuff we had in larder. All he had to buy was some curry powder and a small tub of greek yogurt and the curry was absolutely delicous. Not bad at all for his first attempt :)

Now I've forgotton what I came on here to post in the first place. Must be my age.

Gah!

Citrix server wasn't responding, so needed to reboot... Go in computer room, the CPU switch wasn't working, reset, nothing, it had also killed the monitor! Had to take the doors off and the side panel to get to the monitor cable on the back of the CPU switch, which is only about 10cm thick, 1U...

Had to squeeze a screwdriver in the slot and unscrew the monitor cable...

And that was the least of the problems today!

Actually looking forward to my doctor's appointment later!

I was feeling slightly peckish... not any more. Oh well, it's not a bad thing, I suppose as it'll help me keep my racing snake figure.

I should really download the pictures and make a desktop wallpaper... I'll be as thin as a drainpipe in no time!

I'm stuck in the house at the moment with swine flu, so I don't think they'd welcome me in a pharmacy. I have sent an email to my Mum and she's delivering some a bit later.

I have eaten six oranges in the last 12 hours now, as well as a lot of fruit juice, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything!

Peter.

I've eaten 4 oranges so far (although I do that every day anyway)

ION. My rack has arrived & I've just finished building it. Looks like I'll be installing my kit in it tomorrow.
