Amazon uses variable bitrates for the digital files it provides, which is certainly not ideal, so I wouldn't bother with the provided downloads by them. Mark

It's amazing how easy and useful splicing is. Should have done a GCSE in that rather than French.

Got into work today. Along with the locum and the trainee, there are 65 on-the-day appointments free. Given that we typically need around 25, maybe 30, it's clear we have lots of availability. Of course, our patients don't like the fact that they can get a same day appointment. A 1400 appointment isn't good enough. They want one at 1405 with the specific doctor of their choosing so they can go play bridge/golf etc.
