Agent Carter - Still awesome, and getting better in almost every way. They really need to lessen the misogyny angle though; the show will still work well without it. For instance there was a totally unnecessary scene where a character told Peggy she would never rise to the top and that she would only ever be seen as just a woman! Absolutely nothing prompted this, the scene served no purpose whatsoever, and it was so cack handed it nearly killed the episode for me. We already know Peggy kicks all kinds of ass and is smarter than the rest of the team, but that doesn't mean they have to lay on the sexism like they're tarmacing ffs.

I see Film 4 are showing Shogun Assassin tonight. It's been ages since I last saw it so I'm looking forward to re-viewing it.

Intros seem to be deliberately awful these days - Arrow gave a terrible impression for what became a great show, same with The Flash (intro's still awful).
