Got another second viewing booked in for Saturday now.
Moving UK to France does have some disadvantages, as one ends up paying both sets of estate agent's feeds, as it's the seller that pays in the UK and the buyer in France. Plus the solicitor's fees over there are an eye watering 7.5% compared to generally under a grand here for a straightforward move.

We've got a solid offer on our house for an amount we're pretty happy with. This should be one the big challenges in the France move sorted. It would appear our house is going to become a Buddhist meditation centre.
