I'm guessing that rig is an old 2nd generation one that's had a new derrick at some point in its life.

Rigzone says it was built in 1974 (classic 2nd generation age), but is now classed as 5th generation. It must have had quite the upgrade. EDIT A bit more googling shows it was build as an early 3rd generation rig.
