Yeah Gina. Hadn't seen her in anything else. Was a nice surprise though. She plays the the upper class bitch very well.

She also turned up in Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Cleopatra 2525.

Cleopatra 2525 … every actor has a low point.

Saw the first episode last night and yeah, it looks like your one word description is spot on. Very good. One thing that both Mrs V and I picked up on was how the location kept changing as they were driving. By which I mean they'd be in one place and a few seconds later they would be several miles away. Given that the song playing on the radio was playing without interruption, we are assuming that this is some kind of in joke. It turns out that living in Manchester does have its advantages lol. Did you notice the road signs, by the way? "Brazilians while you wait" brilliant.

Arrow, Flash, and SHIELD were all stellar this week - asses were kicked and names were taken (literally in the last sense).

I'll be watching Gotham later...

I'm well behind on Grimm, somehow I just haven't been in the mood for it after watching the others. Oh, btw, it's well worth watching SHIELD before going to see the Avengers sequel ;)

Gotham - Sweet Coke, they actually made a good episode! Barbara's still sucking all the oxygen off the planet, but this one was like a Batman comic onscreen! I'm guessing this is what's causing the behind the scenes chatter because up to now the show hasn't known what it is. This episode focused on who the characters should be and not just what filled time.

Honestly, if it stays like this, I'll advise friends just to read the Wiki entries and only jump in with this episode

That will be the third stab at that particular story by TV companies.. I hope they don't transplant it to the good old US of A.
