Just heard from a mate of mine his Mrs has been suspended from work for not answering emails. I asked how many a day and he said about 200. If you gave each email about 5 mins that would take about 16 hours to deal with them all. She works in food complaints. Maybe they should work on why so many people are complaining instead of suspending someone who would have to be split in two to deal with all the work. STBO??
