Morning. Far too tired to work today. Eyes are burning.

Hopefully wont be too manic. Get Nitro PDF streamed with Office dependencies and fill in a couple of job applications.

I'm sure that optimism wont last long when the [LIFTED] starts to hit the fan as it inevitably does.

Mornin' all, I think I'm just about ready to let people look at my CV.

Mark

She's not at work until next week so I'm guessing she's travelling around friends & family.

Anyway

Morning all

Got in to work to find I was the first one in, had a few calls & boxed up a couple of HDD's for RMA. I love 5 year warranties.

Morning all. No sign of an app-store in today's Software Update.

You know it's going to be a long day when it starts with

Morning all.

It's cold, wet & I didn't get the greatest nights sleep.

I may well be grumpy at work later.

'lo childs.
It was a chilly one around these parts last night (not that I was expecting any different, it is still winter after all) with temps. of around -11ºC. The walk in to work wasn't so bad because of the top lying frost, not looking too god for the people that come after me.
Off to the bank after work to see if my account application has been approved. If it hasn't I'm just gonna put the cheque in my mates account. *shrug*

Morning all.

You're on to a winner there, JV. </irony>

Our heating decided to go phut last night, but luckily we don't have too much chilly weather. The problem seems to be that a whole atmosphere of air has got into the pipework, stopping the hot water circulating effectively, and shutting down the boiler. So, we took the pragmatic step of an early night to bed, and wearing extra clobber today until our man can make it out.

We're also due a visit from the local social services to see Best Beloved. It's not that he's being abused by me, more that we're hoping to be able to claim attendance allowance for him, and carer's allowance for me. We've never claimed anything beyond jobseekers before, so this is new territory - but if it's there, we'll have some, thank you.

Onwards and sideways.

Evening all,

England successfully won the ashes today - and I have successfully made it through another week at work...woo.

Enjoy your day :)

Just come back from the dentist with two more fillings.

Not bad for 12 years since my last check-up I suppose. And before you say it, I'm not a dirty b*stard; I just haven't had access to a NHS dentist since 1998 thanks to Labour.

(Btw. take a meander over to the Fail thread for the tale of the floss  )

Last and first it would appear.

Morning all. Bit miserable outside here at the moment. Hopefully the weather will improve through the day.

Anywho, have a great day folks.

Have a great weekend everyone, and good luck tomorrow, Liverpool!
