So yesterday evening, I noticed the fuel gauge in the car was on the low side. Was gonna fill up but was having too much fun with the girlfriend and decided to leave it until today. Drive to work and the light comes on. "That's okay," I think, "I can fill up when doing home visits or on the way home". Quick pat of my jacket shows me I've left my wallet at home.

Fudge!

Make a crude remark. I need cheering up.

Anyhow it ended up taking me an hour to get cash and get fuel. I used my bank's mobile app to allow me to draw cash. They send you a password. You go to any natwest/rbs/tesco cash point, press Enter, and then it gets you to type in the password and the cash amount, then dispenses it. Which is awesome (albeit potentially flawed).

But it took me ages to get a parking spot and to drive to/from the nearest cashpoint which was a highstreet.

How is commentating, (Ok, technically, it's punditry but let's not quibble) on football matches in a programme called "Match of the day" NOT football?

;-) :-P

It has taken me in the region of an hour to send some photos via email.

1. Downloaded the images from imessage on iphone
2. Emailed the messages to myself
3. Try and add the images into an email and find they're upside down
4. Google to find out why. EXIF data for apple also includes orientation
5. Strip EXIF data, having to resave as new images
6. Rotate images
7. Try and upload all into the email to find they're in alphabetical order rather than selected order
8. Delete images and reupload one by one
9. Send email
