I got the sarcastic comment. 1200kcals to cut down some weight. Getting enough nutrients in. TBH it has helped me stop snacking and kick out a lot of junk food. Except for the box of chocs I got.  Remember, I did the 5:2 in that past which was something like 500kcals/day. Most weight loss occurs from diet, not exercise. _________________ He fights for the users.

Mine is 1260 a day for weight loss while exercising a load. My Doc worked it out for me although it's hard to stick to  _________________The Official "Saucy Minx" This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.

Yup. My weight appears to be steady on anything betwee 1600 and 1700 kcals. If I go above this, I put on weight. I have to go below this. I was on 1400 but the scales weren't shifting (something like 0.5kg/month). So I've gone a bit more drastic.
The problem is that at work I'm fine as I stay away from any junk stuff. Still have a small breakfast and a small lunch. But I got given a box of chocs and I've always been a chocaholic.

I cut out a big meal at lunch & snacking on junk at work and I lost 20KG in a couple of months and a further 10KG in a few months after that. 30KG+ loss in 9 months
