Your diet is 1200Kcals a day? Are you taking dietary supplements to go with it?

I got the sarcastic comment.

1200kcals to cut down some weight. Getting enough nutrients in. TBH it has helped me stop snacking and kick out a lot of junk food. Except for the box of chocs I got.

Remember, I did the 5:2 in that past which was something like 500kcals/day. Most weight loss occurs from diet, not exercise.

Mine is 1260 a day for weight loss while exercising a load. My Doc worked it out for me although it's hard to stick to :-(

Yup. My weight appears to be steady on anything betwee 1600 and 1700 kcals. If I go above this, I put on weight. I have to go below this. I was on 1400 but the scales weren't shifting (something like 0.5kg/month). So I've gone a bit more drastic.

The problem is that at work I'm fine as I stay away from any junk stuff. Still have a small breakfast and a small lunch. But I got given a box of chocs and I've always been a chocaholic.

I appear to have lost weight. I checked the other day and I'm down to ten and a half stone! Yeah, I know, right!

It's a semi detached and the leasehold is to a local organisation, they said it was £40 a year (not sure exactly what it covers though as it was a quick chat while I was on my way to work on a morning)

Is that just the ground rent charge?

I think so but it's down as a leasehold officially on the records from what I can tell

The semis are the only leasehold properties on the street :?

Ground rent is a nominal fee on leasehold properties payable to the freeholder

I would politely suggest to said cousin that that is not a viable option.

I cut out a big meal at lunch & snacking on junk at work and I lost 20KG in a couple of months and a further 10KG in a few months after that. 30KG+ loss in 9 months :D
