Yes. he seems to be not affected by the rifts abiklity to "remove" people from the current timeline.

It seems to only affect people from the same time line.

In "The Crash of the Bizantium" Amy remembered that the soldiers had disappeared into the light but the other soldiers didn't know who or what she was talking about.

I suppose that way the Doctor wouldn't be affected by it at all but Amy and Rory were from the same time line and so Amy can't remember Rory.

Ah, good spot!

Yes probably!

I'd forgotten about that fact.

I don't really remember what happened to the daleks at the time, so i don't really see how it ties in. they got trapped in a parallel dimension?

I think it was the fact that Amy couldn't remember that they had invaded London and were flying over the cities in their thousands.

It was the story from a few series ago with David Tennant and Billie I think?!

People should still remember that happening but somehow they don't.

She didn’t remember the whole TARDIS towing planet Earth back from the Crucible where Davros was doing “badness”.

I’m still convinced that my theory that we are seeing two Doctors - one on each side of the crack - can hold water. You will notice a lot of bow tie interest in the last episode - almost bordering on clumsy. Noticed that the Doctor’s tie changes colour from time to time? No? Ah…

I think that Moffat has a very intricate and subtle plot going on here. I am STILL not convinced that we are experiencing the Doctor’s adventures in the correct order, even though we ARE keeping pace with Amy’s experience of the time line. Or is it the other way round?

Next few episodes should start to draw the threads together.

Doc clocks up monster game download stats - and there's a Mac version if you're interested...

Not so popular with Cybermen, but hugely popular in cyberspace, downloads for Doctor Who: The Adventure Games are going through the roof.

In the first 12 days since the release of episode one, more than half a million download requests were logged, the BBC announced this week.
Doctor Who: The Adventure Games

Episode two will unveil at a BBC Learning event on 22 June, showcasing to approximately 150 kids.

A second event, featuring a presentation from game designer Charles Cecil, writer Phil Ford and Dalek voice actor Nick Briggs will stream live to the BBC Doctor Who site from 2pm on the same day.

Episode one, City of the Daleks is available to UK residents as a free download from the site. The recently released Mac version can be found there too. ®

What a cliffhanger. See what we've been denied by RTD now?

What now? What now…

Did anyone else expect the Pandorica to be a prison for the Doctor?

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the episode, and I like how all the events seem to stem from Amy's life, It just seemed a bit predictable that the Pandorica was designed to hold the Doctor. I think maybe they gave too much away in the dialogue - with the Doctor talking about "if this thing is so dangerous, why haven't I heard of it" etc..

Still, it was a cracker, and I can't wait for the next epsiode. :D

Nope. I think it's designed to keep The Doctor safe while everything else gets destroyed, that way there's alway The Doctor to put things right.
I guess we'll know this time next week.

I thought an alternate universe Doctor was going to emerge. Great episode, though. It's about time.
