P.S. In reference to my last post in this thread, it has been revised to [LIFTED] [LIFTED]. The situation is bleak, but not as much so.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

You might want to check out a film due out soon called 'Looper'.

The fact I had thought of a film I haven't seen in years, and was going to watch it tonight. Only, I can't remember what film it was now. It's there, right on the edge of my memory, but I'm damned if I can bring it into focus.

No idea. It's just one of those things, the more you reach for it the more difficult it is to grasp. Bravo! I was given memento by a friend, a few years ago, started watching it and was interrupted by a phone call from my mother - that was when my brother had been stabbed. I never got round to watching the rest of it, and was one of the many things misplaced in the move... sh!t, I just remembered - A Clockwork Orange! ..sorry, as I was saying, Memento is probably still buried in an unopened box in the loft from moving house twice in one year. I also remember that I lent A Clockwork Orange to the very friend who gave me Memento, and I never got it back! Bloody hell, that was odd. [edit] The more I think about that the stranger it is. What're the chances that Paul would mention the very film that triggered that series of memories that caused me to remember the film? It's given me an invigorating buzz.

I lent my sister some DVDs. She returned the cases sans disc. Very frustrating. She promised to buy them but still hasn't. That's 8 mile/Fight Club/ferris bueller/layer cake/matrix all gone!

ION I received a delivery note for a signed delivery from RM yesterday. Today I receive a note from RM telling me that a letter I've received has not been paid postage. WTF?!?
I suspected one was the return of my documents (GMC certificate etc) but no idea what the other is. Strange.

I've got a Fedex card but I haven't a clue what for and there's next to no details on it, not even my name

My work's something similar in that regard, but I share a name with about three other people and our postal section lost a passport the other day...

That's one of the problems I had when I worked from home, but I was out most of the time getting my hands dirty on site. The office was an hour away and I only went in a couple of times a year. Contrarily, driving into the office every day was a pain but there were benefits. On my mind? Rather randomly, how incredibly cheap computer games are now compared to when I was a kid. It's partly down to the huge increase in market size and reduced cost of distribution, but games that cost 99p today would have been about £5 in the 80s. One game that cost £40 today probably cost more to develop than the entire global market was worth back then

When she came out all curvy, she was an absolute milf but since she's got highlights it seems to make her look older.
Edit: they should have had more women on that show!

A lot of people do that here but in an office of 600 people I think they have enough on their plate with legitimate business packages let alone private stuff.
