I have only filled 2 mugs with tissues today instead of filling a Tesco carrier bag. I guess I'm getting better slowly.

Just the standard one. So far today only blown my nose twice. Things are improving :)

If you're blowing your nose because your nose is running, then you're causing your nose to run more (try gently pinching and dabbing without blowing). If you're blowing your nose because it's blocked then you should maybe try an inhaler or decongestant tablets.

In short, blowing your nose is a short-term compromise and shouldn't be relied on as a long-term symptom treatment.
