The girl in the Red Cross advert. I don't know why but when she's outside a chainlink fence, she raises her eyebrows ever so slightly and it makes me go weak at the knees. Feck knows why.

Chainlink fence fetish? ;)

How I managed yesterday to spend £140 on shoes

Nice pair of Barkers?

Clarks Montague Wing: one pair in Dark Tan and another in Black

It's my first ever pair of brown shoes (I'm a Grammar school boy) and each of them is the most expensive pair of shoes I've ever bought

Still to this day I wear black shoes and black trousers (plain or pinstriped) at work. Can't help it.

White trainers most of the time, black shoes for funerals and only if I really have to, dark brown Timberlands etc if the weather's bad.

That's what I always wear too (short of the aforementioned boots). If they decided on a 'uniform' at my workplace I'd probably quit - the place feels like a prison as it is sometimes.
