^^^Was that "strait" a freudian slip?

ION: whilst washing the car this morning at 6am, I pondered over whether the past/present/future are occurring simultaneously in different dimensions but we just can't see it because they're out of phase compared to us. Then I wondered whether someone else has postulated all this and I've read it somewhere rather than it being original thought.

It's not dissimilar to how the wormhole aliens view all of time as just another dimension in DS9. They struggle to relate with how us "linear" beings experience time.

The idea of "out of phase" is ST in general even back to classic.

We are concerned about where you are working. Especially the comments about home and work.

Once I've dropped James off at school, I'm going straight back to bed.

What I can do to boost my wifi signal? The living room is only 15 feet from wifi hotspot and it is barely detectable. Yet it can detect three neighbours with even stronger signals. There must be a lot of steel in the walls.

Run cables...

I've given up on Wi-Fi. I get around 12kbps out of my 11n router in my office (6M from the hotspot). I use a mains adapter and a gigabit switch in the cellar. Waiting to see if it is fast enough when we get our new broadband (35mbps) in January.

Sometimes I get entire trips like that offshore. Three weeks of twelve hour shifts with only an hours paperwork to do each day gets very boring very quickly.
My last trip was two weeks of bordom and a week of all hell breaking loose.

You are probably right. I should look at using some of the many metres of ethernet cable that I already have.
