I realised yesterday that The Life of Brian doesn't actually have a line in it that isn't genius.

I've watched it but can't recall anything about it. It's been over fifteen years since I last saw it. Much like MOTU.

IIRC South Park made that famous - but not in the movie.

In honour of Die Hard that's on the TV as I type this … "Yippie Kai yay mother[LIFTED]".
There's just so many great lines.
Mark
Edited. Cheers, David.

In honour of said line, we should come up with a list of quotes that get butchered for the TV version (although I'm always pleased to be reminded whenever it's on that the TV version of Die Hard censors that particular shout but leaves in the word '[LIFTED]').
My favourite is from Lethal Weapon
'Yes, I'm a real FIGHTING cop and this is a real FIRING gun'.
(edit - LOL - it seems X404's censors are more diligent than the ones off the telly)

Normally, Jon, I'd agree, but this screening has the full and proper sentence. (8+)

They always cut the bit in Star Trek: Generations where Data says "Oh, [LIFTED]!". Ruins it every time.
