Right, well, I'm in! Woooooo! It's -2 outside and the heating hasn't even been on and it's fine in here! Other than that it's a fricking gorgeous flat!!! I absolutely love it here!

Not all of my stuff is here yet so it's a bit empty but I really like it! I just need a nice big tv for the lounge now :-)

Voice-over 101, how not to do it. Other than that, very nice looking place Oli.

Ah ahahahahahahahahahhahahahah - you didn't sound anything like I imagined plus you have a catchphrase "very nice".

As above, you didn't really need to say anything. I'm sure there were two doors which you didn't open and I didn't see a microwave!

Anyway. Love the flat. Surprised you haven't unpacked/made the bed. That's probably the first thing I sort out when I move in, as it means you can get to bed without having to then faff around after a knackering day of unpacking.

Anyway, enjoy the brewski and hope you enjoy your new flat. Have you met any of the neighbours? Any totties?

Looks very nice indeed. Two beds is cool for a flat, and two bathrooms is better than my house :D

Very nice! Will look really cool once you get your stuff in and it looks lived in - empty flats can always look a bit cold and stark, but this one already looks warm and inviting even before you've added your stamp onto it.

Oh, and if no one has told you, and you'd make a really good Estate Agent. Sell that baby!!
