As far as I know the Lumbs are the first siblings on x404. I wonder if they'll be the first progeny as well.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

jonbwfc I was behind her in a queue today - but I wouldn't describe it as 'bushy'.

Ol - no, that's not a typo

My mate was named Oliver by his parents. Everybody calls him Ollie (and the written version) but he asked me to call him 'Ol' years ago to see if anybody else followed.

He's now known as Ol :D

Al

I get called Ol also.

My little sister calls me Ol.

that means beer in swedish and norweigan

I would go Oli. As I refer to the man himself.

But also, having become accustomed to Spanish down here, Oli is phonetically correct and that's how all Spanish is spelt. Random reason, but the longer I'm here, the more these things come into play...

Oli is concise and correct. Anything else is an embellishment more concerned with correct English than practicality. Not saying that's wrong, I just prefer the former.

Just to reiterate, I would let him spell it however well he pleases; I just have a personal preference that I voted for.
