Burgers?
Why don't we have Fuddruckers in the UK? They we're miles better than McD's, BK and the like when I was in Texas.
You get a tasty plain burger (or one with cheese), then add whatever salad and sauces you like from the salad bar.

The best burger I've ever had (excluding ones bought from a butchers and cooked myself) was actually from an Esso petrol station in Norway. They had a burger bar built onto the side of the Esso.

In the Michaels Kitchen I've already mentioned they do a beef burger made from .Kobe Beef its very very special :D

Went here but it was about 18 months ago http://www.whitehouse-lakedistrict.co.uk/dining.htm Food was much better than I expected for the money

the nicest indian you will probably ever go to, top 10 in the country and they are just amazing people that make the effort to please you :D

although it is a bit pricey you definitely get what you pay for
