Only if you are poor and using pottery cups. If you are using bone china of any quality the heat change will crack it.

I only really have a drop of milk, so unless it's super chilled, I doubt if it has the capacity to perform such a radical heat change.

In order of preference:

Punjana Tea
Yorkshire Tea
English Breakfast Tea

And the milk definitely goes in first, it's tradition. ;)
