If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

I'm more or less caffeine free too - unless it's not an option wherever I am in the big wide world.
Didn't have any head aches giving up the fags, in fact it was pretty damn simple. I just didn't smoke any more.

But yeah, no headaches from either of those - although interestingly my sister complains of a headache if she doesn't have caffeine.
