Serves em right for going cheap on the construction. " Let's not bother with concrete, this sodden earth will be fine." In a similar vein, I'm pay the price of the previous owner's choice of cheap untreated wooden fence posts - high winds snapped off two more posts at ground level. I think I'll replace the lot and use concrete slotted posts and gravel boards.

So my brother was kind enough to get me Starcraft 2 (both bits) for Christmas. Installed it yesterday. I'm questioning what the value of supplying a DVD with it on is when, once the DVD installation had completed, Battlenet then proceeded to download and additional 12 - 13GB of data.
Having said that, my brother was wondering about getting BattleField 4 on his PS4 (it's on sale at the moment) but was under the impression that it would probably require about 100GB of space to download it all (game, updates and DLC), or a fifth of the space ont he PS4's internal hard drive. Makes Starcraft look possitively spartan in comparison
I know storage is generally pretty cheap these days but seriously, this is getting silly

I had received the rota, via email, on Friday, but hadn't noticed it, as I have a rule which puts them into a folder, but the iPhone didn't give me a notification. DOH!

Tesco Mobile's website - everything about it belongs in the 1990's, including the fact it doesn't work when you log in

The website is a bit pants. Have you tried their mobile app instead. It's not too shabby (the Windows Phone version at any rate).

In a somewhat related note, I just tried their mobile banking app - can't even get logged in for first use because it crashes like George Michael. WTF is wrong with that company? Does Sony know it's FAIL crown's been stolen?

The office booked me into a staff house half an hours drive away from the office. Happy days then this afternoon when I got an email saying they'd altered the booking to one ten minutes walk away.
Yay.....
Oh no. Got here. The idiots booked it for the 30th not the 20th. Someone is in the room I was told I was having. There are current two unclaimed rooms. I've got to stay up late to see if anyone claims them. If they do, I'm sleeping on the sofa.

Got an email update from Amazon. My parcel has been delivered and signed for by the recipient PHILIP.
I'm at work and have been all day.
