Good morning Struggled to get up this morning, and I'm still very tired. I'm in good spirits though, ready to take on whatever this day throws at me.  In other news: They've changed the coffee at work - Douwe Egberts, instead of Kenco - it's not the same, and nowhere near as good.

Morning World! What better way to start a 3 day holiday in the sunshine than an early morning pipe and coffee, sitting outside, hearing nothing but birdsong, lapwings buzzing the fields and chooks happily muttering away to themselves. It's a fantastic day, Red-Tailed Hawks are circling above me and I have hours of fun outside work stretching before me, OH and I'm wearing shorts that I haven't fit into for the last 3 years! Latest weight check (in case you're interested) 2st 13lbs lost since Feb 1st  Hope you can find the sunshine in your day, whatever it brings. _________________The Official "Saucy Minx" This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.

Morning all A bit of a trog home last night thansk to the scooter rider who was squashed by a train putting all of the FGW trains to the west out of kilter Plus TfL have buggered up the tubes to Wimbeldon so my morning site visist was out of the question - hence in the office Other than that keep smiling - that way they dont know that inside you are plotting

Had a really manic but productive day, that has at least involved me getting out in the sun a decent bit. Off to Sweden tomorrow, so I guess I better pack. See y'all on Monday.

Morning all.
Over the hump and I'm off to Manchester this weekend to see friends so things are definitely looking up. And it looks like the sunny weather will continue right through the weekend.
It's such a shame I really hate being too hot. Still, you can't have everything I suppose.
