Why is it on the rare occasions when I find some nice underwear for my wife, they've sold out of her size?

More than likely be cause your wife is in fact the same size as lots of other women.

But it's not like they only have uncommon sizes lift in stock, it's always every size except hers.

Have just spent a week in New York for work and apart from the inside of the hotel room, the inside of the conference centre and the inside of our lawyers office saw basically "lifted" all.

Now I have to review about 300 slides from 3 PowerPoint presentations on the flight back, then drive 200 miles to pick up the wife and nipper from her mothers, drive another 270 miles back home and then come up with a recommendation about a preferred supplier complete with supporting documentation by Monday 9am.

I am not enjoying the "more responsibility and international travel" this promotion was supposed to bring :x

Get her a boobjob, lots of chocolate, and buy the next size up.

Yeah, but then they'd be out of stock of the larger size and have her old size in stock instead.

I do accept this but it just rankles when they made such a big thing of the travel aspect of the job being a major plus point. Spending some 12 hours a day listening to presentations etc, and then having to go back to the hotel to complete my normal day to day job, just not quite what I was hoping for.

I'm sorry but whenever I have travelled for business then just like at home the eveings are mine NOT the companies. In the evenings I have gone out and seen the sights, enjoyed the locations I have been in.
