My views are resembling a saw tooth design at the moment for some reason.

I wrote to my bank three weeks ago to complain about poor service and found £50.00 deposited into my account shortly afterwards. To date I have not actually received any correspondence from them about the issue, so would it be somewhat cheeky to write to them again chasing for a response?
I also got a bit of abuse from a fellow motorist today, so I just wanted to check that I was in the right about this. I was at a mini roundabout, however a car was already on the junction approaching from the right so I obviously gave way to this car. Very closely behind the car was a motorbike signalling rightwards, despite there not being a right exit. I assumed that the motorbike was doing a 180° turn, which was correct. The driver behind me started beeping at me like mad, which I thought was over-the-top. I never hesitated whatsoever and went straight behind the motorbike once it had completed its manoeuvre. Was I in the right?
Thanks,
Peter.

Nobody has right of way on a roundabout

That means nothing when you were there first and the other car is approaching and you are there already No one has right of way, everyone has to give way to those on the right. There was nothing said about if there was other traffic to that persons right You have to give way to those on your right, they have to give way to those on their right etc etc. No one side has right of way, where as if you were looking to pull out at a T junction those on the non junction part have right of way

Good point, but if the car approaching from the right is to stop to allow Peter out, then it's giving way to the car from the left. I'd say Peter was correct, in this instance. As you say, you give way to the right, and that applies on roundabouts, so it's not accurate to say that nobody has the right of way on a roundabout. Or at least I was always taught that you give way to traffic from the right at a roundabout. After all, when they stop to give way to traffic from their right, that's when it's best to proceed.

It is when that car has to give way to those on their right also, and the person they give way to has to give way to those on their right etc True because it's also safest, there is a matter of markings on the roundabout but no one party has right of way if they all have someone to their right

A few months back I ordered RAM from crucial on a bank holiday, had an email from goods-in at work at 7:30am the next day! On the other hand, I ordered a few things from Play and after three months they didn't turn up, so I canceled the bookings, after two months I'm still waiting for my money back

I've never had a problem with Play.com, but I have heard some horror stories. I now order from Amazon because I have Amazon Prime membership, so I get free one-day delivery. Peter.
