So you've seen every single ep so far and decided not to watch any more?
What was it about it that you didn't get along with?

There was some grade A subtle editing going on at the end of HIGNFY tonight.
Hope they put it in in the extended version.

I don't think it was on our schedule over here, but I might be wrong... was it a new ep.?

Watched it on iPlayer - yeah, the editing must have been unreal for that one, it was seriously choppy. There were even weird shots of Clarkson where his shoulders were near the bottom of the screen (!), so feck knows what was going on around him or what had to be trimmed for legal reasons.

Between him and the Cameron chat, the infamous lawyers in the gallery must have had a nightmare...

Is it me or is Mock The Week... disjointed in some way recently? Most of it is still lol-funny, but it feels like you're listening to the middle of a conversation a lot of the time :?

Arrow - Absolutely brilliant.

Flash - Possibly even better than Arrow.

Gotham - It took them an entire season of drivel, but so far they seem to be on track for making a good show. They've finally realised how to make cheesiness work for them, though it still goes beyond say Batman Forever sometimes. The acting is immeasurably better but like 'Forever, it keeps introducing weird moments of faux retro behaviour and styling (striped asylum uniforms? 1940's vehicles? women getting slapped about?). However it finally spends more than a few moments with individual characters and so far has an arc. Seems to be really going places.

SHIELD - Pretty good so far, but it's getting a lot of recapping and exposition out of the way at the moment. It's still doing the thing of linking in with the films after the fact (this is the third time in as many seasons) but this should be make or break time in that regard. I reckon that's in the hands of Mr Feige now. Anyway, the characters are all more than strong enough now to support the show and they are.
