That's fine, there's no rush, I shall just continue to bully you until you do. And after you have too

Play.com seem to be outsourcing far as I can tell these days - things are definitely taking longer to turn up, and some of the stuff seems to be B-grade when it does arrive. It'll cost them in the long run...

I'm gutted.
I've been selling a lot of mobile phones with Mazuma at the moment, most of which are low-ish value at around £10.00. Over the weekend, I received one valued at over £100.00 and sent it off to Mazuma.
Guess which of the twenty or so packages got lost in the post?
Peter.

WTF-ness reigns. Doesn't anybody talk properly anymore? Even on the Computer there's no excuse for this: Do you think these people talk like this in real life?

Unfortunately yes, some people do talk like that in real life. I've heard it, and it ain't pretty.

The are a load of thievin' herberts in my local sorting office. Anything like that I send recorded or special delivery just to make sure it gets there. [Tidied up to avoid nastiness. - HK]

My work laptop's dying, looks like the HDD has bad blocks. Wonder if I can squeeze a new machine instead of wasting a day swapping the hdd.

I spent a lot of time yesterday writing to the Head of Customer Services my bank because I hadn't received a reply to my letter.
Guess what I received today from them? Yes, it's the bloody reply I thought they'd never bothered to write!
Peter.

I'm on Demon too, Heather.
If I get another paper bill from them I'll scream! I get three every month even though they collect payment automatically.

Ah, I requested a paper version. It helps with the VAT returns. It took a nasty letter to remind them, too.

my and some chums just finished our record-breaking 1,000-post picture comment it took us two nights, and i think more than one of us might have been very hyperactive still, kicked our friends' 850-post comment, and that took weeks
