One of our customers 2 weeks ago.

It was in the mainstream news 3 weeks ago over here. 2 Hospitals were also hit in February.

Avast Free has decided with a recent update to download it's own browser, this takes up nearly 500Mb and doesn't uninstall whether you're an administrator or not - you have to do this
