Charlie Brooker's 2013 wipe..

Quote:
<clip of Kindle Fire advert plays>
<Man taps 'mayday' button, windows appears with Amy the helpful person in it>
<Amy says 'Hi, How can I help you'?>
Charlie Brooker : "Tell him to put down the Kindle and [LIFTED] off."

He then goes on to show the US equivalent, a series of adverts crammed with more manufactured sexual tension than the old Gold Blend adverts. Weirder than a family sized jar of weird on a 'buy a one get one free on jars of weird' day.

I was extremely amused by the bit about Ed Millibands dad hating Britain. Whilemena Crunk and Barry [LIFTED] rule.

Meh he is a popular and talented singer with a very large repertoire appealing to multiple generations, and 10 million people chose to watch him, most sane people would call that good scheduling.

I'd say they were incapable of turning the channel over as they were too drunk ;)

He did do a good TV show over Xmas in Afghanistan. A very humble man despite all his fame.
