With those rubber trousers around his knees, it rather looks like he's pooped himself. Maybe that's why he's in a hurry?

I have seen another photo where that looks like it has happened.

Knew there was a reason I felt an urge to tape it.

Project I worked on this weeks is a block of 3 bed flats. Combined living/dining/kitchen BUT all (quite small) bedrooms are ensuite and there's an extra bathroom. WTF?

I'm lost on that too, been house hunting and it seems 2 bed appartments the 2nd room is barely enough for a desk or single bed yet there is one en suite and on top of that a dressing room next to the master bedroom

En suite bathrooms are fine for the people that live in the property, but they don't always want guests going through their bedrooms to get to the bathroom, hence the separate one.

Exactly my living arrangements.
It was marketed as a 2 bedroom place but I always refer to it as a 1.5 bed place.
It's a ridiculously small single room.

People think that an extra bedroom is worth it. I live in a block with a mixture of one and two bed flats. The two bed flats might be lightly larger but the bedrooms are smaller and the living room and bath are smaller as well. So you are paying for an extra room but the floor area is roughly the same.

The separate one is a huge family bathroom with bath :S

Also I am not complaining about the room sizes, just that I don't understand why 4 bathrooms are needed in a 3bed flat?
