Ok, I'm going to make this up as I go along so bear with me and apologies to Nick in advance... What about a "Competitions" forum, either in it's own right, or as a sub forum of TMP? As well as the photo' competition you could have others in there, maybe something run monthly with some x404 tat, ( ) I mean merchandise as a prize... Anybody want to contemplate and expand, or maybe just tell me to STFU Edit to add: Which has got people trying to figure out what it is... have one of these every one or two months with maybe a lanyard to the person who guesses... That sort of thing - just a thought.

I'm beginning to think it'd be easier to just buy Nick a bigger monitor. The amount of stickies doesn't effect me on either my monitor or iphone

I don't see a problem using my Omnia wither, and the resolution is pretty rubbish on that. The sad thing is I actually thought that I'd had a good idea which was actually worth discussing, and let's face it, that doesn't happen every day...

Sorry if I appeared to be dismissive JV, my post was only supposed to be a joke.

Two suggestions:
1. Could we increase the inbox size for PMs please?? It's only text, they won't take up much room. Pleeeeease? Pretty pleeeeeeease? *cup-cake face*
2. ARGGGGH the search has got me all wound up. I was trying to look for this thread, so I tried to use the quick search box and typed "ideas ideas ideas" but no, apparently I'm not allowed to search for the word ideas because it's too common (wtf)! I just shrugged a bit then clicked on advanced search, only to be told by the 'advanced' search that ideas is too common, and it basically couldn't be arsed to look! Is there a way that this can be sorted?
...
3. Shall we sticky this thread so it's easy to find in the future? *runs*

1) it is possible, I just need to click some buttons. Start you bribing now. 2) Search works for me. 3) I would do but I'd need extensive javascript.

Really? When I typed "ideas ideas ideas" in both the quick, and advanced search it told me that ideas was too common a word to search for, so it didn't do it.

theres no need to type it in 3 times, just once would suffice *edit* ive just tried both "ideas" and "ideas ideas ideas", came up 'too common' both times

If this thread was still stickied it would have been easier to find

I've just had the same problem Anyway, I'm here to suggest a 'Make X404 your homepage!' button if that's do-able, as I've just done as much on my netbook

I'd get shot at work if I tried that Can anyone tell me what happened to the forum logo we spent ages agonizing over and voting on? Is it a really big thing to get it up now it's been decided on? (I am genuinely asking because I really have no clue how hard it is to do)
