Maybe say where you're watching it? Anyway I've found it on Netflix and I have actually watched some of the first episode already. I shall continue when I get the chance. Watching it with the other half so will have to be when we're in the same room etc

I really enjoyed it - but then I have read the books so know what was going to happen - the 1st season is roughly 1/2 of book 1

The Gramd Tour.

It's quite good, but it's not in any real sense 'new'. It really is the old Top Gear, just with a massively increased budget and they swear a bit (to be fair, in the same circumstance, so would I).

The opening sequence is.. interesting. The message it's trying to get across is fairly blunt but it does suggest the collapse of old TG has deeper roots than just Clarkson thumping someone. The tent actually turns out to be a good idea, it brings the audience closer in and the interaction this brings is a welcome refresh of the 'studio' sections, although they do labour one joke to do with that far too long. The car sequences are breathtakingly well filmed, at one point involving roughly £6million of cars on one shot. They have a new driver - 'The American', and a new snazzy digital lap time board.

And that's about it. It's good Top Gear and the interaction between the hosts is as good (or bad, depending on your point of view) as ever and it does feel a little refreshed and energised. How long that will last is anyone's guess.

I guess as long as Amazon are willing to throw the big bucks at them to film the show?

Well, yes, but they won't do that if the streaming figures nosedive in the way BBC Top Gear's did. They have apparently signed on for three years, but Amazon aren't likely to be at all charitable.

The second season of Detectorists is now on Netflix.
If you haven't seen any of this show I highly recommend it.

If it’s on Netflix, then I guess it’s not going to be shown anywhere else in the foreseeable future, then.

It certainly wasn't available on iPlayer a couple of weeks ago, and it's a recent BBC show.

It wouldn't have been on iPlayer for ages. It was shown on TV earlier this year.

When I started watching Class a couple of months ago on iPlayer, it stated the episodes were available for a further 11 months, so things do stay available to watch for some time.

The BBC4 program about the new cover that's been installed over the Chernobyl ruin was very interesting.
If you like big engineering it's definitely worth a watch.

Insert Name Here on iPlayer was both funny and informative.
