A helicopter. I suspect it's the emergency services. Probably looking for a pissed up tourist who thought they could cross the bay on a lilo.

If I had £1 for every time I saw a Navy rescue helicopter from Culdrose or the Air Ambulance at Perranporth last summer...

You a big dubstep fan then? If not, then go and check out the rest of Rusko's stuff. He and Caspa pretty much run the dubstep show between them. They do a lot of the more popular type stuff. Try this (doesn't drop for 40s), this (give it 60s), and this (can't find a HQ/HD version on youtube unfortunately, but if you can get one then it's really worth it. omg the bassline lol)
