Morning all.

Today I shall mostly be following the cricket and trying to avoid talking to customers.

Morning all.

After leaving work at 9am yesterday I promptly slept until 4:30pm, only to wake up for a bit before going back to sleep.
Broken sleep last night (not surprising given my day in bed) but I've made it to work today.

Today will be very long & quiet

Morning all.

Bad nights sleep.
Been awake since about 4am and couldn't get back to sleep. Thought I'd might as well get up and get on with a few jobs. Fresh bread will now be ready for the wife's breakfast.

Guess what? Chief tw@ in here might not be leaving after all. Now there's a surprise...

ION I really hate this time of year; finance sorting, APRs and that kind of BS

Lo peeps

Many calls this morning prompting me to abandon work (temporarily) and head down to the end of the runway. Bearing in mind BST is upon us, there can be much confusion between Zulu and Local times  Either way, nowt appeared through the rain and I was late for yet another meeting. Do I care???????

Good moring everybody.

Looks like the rain is done for the moment. It was good it appeared when it did as it mean I didn't have to water in the feed/weed/moss kill stuff I put on the lawn a few days ago.

Have a great day folks.

Good Afternoon All,

Looks like I may have scored my first job as a freelance Health & Safety Consultant. I'm excited and a bit nervous even though it's a sub-contract, but I've got to start somewhere and this should make me some good contacts. ION Cyril is officially huge, it's now 7oz to the Cyril (standard unit of measurement) and he's about 7cm around the thickest part of his body!!

We're still waiting to hear about a house we want to rent, I'm not good at waiting and getting practise isn't helping make me better at it. I got a new little lappy for which a battery has finally arrived in the post and Horace started making ugly grindy noises which have turned out to be a disintegrated brake pad due to a seized caliper and today I've had to order a new caliper to be overnighted to me so we can fit it before I'm supposed to drive doon sooth to my parents for Mothers Day.

Today has mostly been spent writing a Fire Risk Assessment document and streaming Absolute 80s radio which I've just discovered has been eating my data package from 02 and I only have 20% of my monthly allowance left and it doesn't renew until the 12th April!

Now off to book a train ticket!!

I had to take the day off today - last of my holiday from last year, it has to be taken by 31.03, so I had a half day yesterday and today off, as I couldn't take it off before...

Will be busy about the house, doing small jobs, filling in holes, adjusting door handles etc.
