No idea if it's any good or not...

I bought it but there is a £1.99 per item delivery charge which makes a difference as well.

Thanks, I didn't know that:

Quote:
Due to recent increases in Royal Mail postage charges we’ve changed our P&P structure and will be charging £1.99 per item with immediate effect.

As a result we’re reinvesting as much of this fee as possible which will be reflected in even lower prices on all our products.

Erm, just how much are RM charging if they can 'reasonably' add £2 to an item? :o

It means I almost certainly won't use them as often, if at all, and it's made me check The Hut's policies (they're very similar in every way, if they're not actually the same company) - far as I can tell they haven't enacted this yet, if they intend to at all :|

I decided to pay this and set up an account but generally I buy only when the combined price with delivery is lowest of all. Hence Amazon with supersaver or eBay usually gets the business.

Yeah, I seem to remember Four showing them, but Paul would be the better person to ask :)

Yes, and yes. This is the Ellipse Nelvana outing for Tintin - the artwork is very faithful to Hergé’s original, and I think it’s pretty good from that perspective. There is an abundance of American accents, though. However, IIRC you should find a French language soundtrack on it too. It makes it seem so very different.

Also, if this interests you, you may want to sniff out the Blake and Mortimer set. The DVDs of that come from the same stable as the Tintin set, and isn’t bad either. Blake and Mortimer were created by Hergé collaborator EP Jacobs, so the style of artwork is very similar, but a little more detailed.

No, but I had trouble sleeping, seemingly the vodka had wore off and I was left with the Coke caffeine hit... combined with the peanuts I hadn't a hope
