Anyone remember Centurions?:

I remember the figures being bigger than usual and rather expensive, which if correct, is maybe why the show didn't last too long

It's odd you should respond to Jamie and the Magic Torch as you did, because I remember some of the details of Centurions but I can't actually remember watching it.
Odd, but true.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

I bought one of these recently to feed my needs in this area:

Tell me about it - I'm trying very hard to resist buying the recovery vehicles, larger scale elevator cars, Zero-X and of course the Sidewinder...

I don't want to hijack this thread completely... but...If it weren't for these machines I would probably never have gone into engineering...

Zero-X foresaw the technology behind Virgin Galactic's "spaceships" for sure.

What? Is that a challenge?!

Look, the Sidewinder (great though it is) can't even walk properly! Clicky

Now compare that to the power of the Crablogger: Clicky It's got giant claws; a giant chainsaw, it's huge, it's heading for a dam and it's packed with nuclear fuel.

I think I know which way the psychic octopus would go with this. :P

Ha. Well let's hope the Virgin ships don't end up the same way. IIRC there was supposed to be a showing of Thunderbirds Are Go on TV on the day of the Lockerbie disaster and it got dropped, unsurprisingly. Zero-X is a great design. If humanity ever goes to Mars, that's how the ship should look.
