We've made a unanimous decision to leave the central heating on overnight. This is partly based on the fact that the boiler had trouble heating the radiators up past 45*C so they were warm but not hot.

;)

How often would you need this jacket? Also batteries suffer in the cold so how many batteries will be needed to keep the batteries warm?

Photoshoot cancelled.... :-(

While is didn't really snow much yesterday here and none of the forecast overnight snow actually materialised, both the photographer and our guitarist have been snowed in.

Well we've finally got an acceptable level of snowfall. In addition to the aesthetic appeal of snow, one thing I do like is the quiet that comes with it. I can hear kids enjoying their toboganning in the local park which is a good half mile away, but apart from that it's quiet with virtually no car noise. But of course we now have a couple of people in the road scraping and shovelling snow even though the snow is still falling at a decent rate. That scraping is really annoying now and it's been going on most of the day.

We must always be vigilant to the activities of the Empire especially if they use an AT-AT to treat the place as a testing ground for the Hoth invasion.

I'm going to bed early and plan to head to work earlier than usual, particularly after the muppetry I witnessed on the roads on Friday.

I'll be getting to work the same way I always do, by walking the 10 paces from my bedroom to where my desk is in the lounge.

Downside is that you can never blame the traffic but will still be late for work or inappropriately dressed.
