I'm surprised at the He-Man stuff. He always had blond hair. He was originally meant to be Conan but then changed to He-MAn. He-Man was still a barbarian from the north until the cartoons kicked in IIRC and made him a prince.

I have a book somewhere that sets it all out supposedly, but it got shunted sideways so God knows where it is...

Am surprised if you do as Mattel have taken great lengths to suppress this. We couldn't even talk about it on the He-Man forum!

It's the only book around MOTU in that sense I know of, I might have a look for it today...

X-Men superhero set for same sex wedding

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-18172202

Would you believe DC's about to 'out' a character? ;)

Batwoman has decent stories from what I've read, but it's used to define the character WAY too much, you're bludgeoned with it :(

In all honesty, I've never really cared for gay characters or even romantic lines for that matter.

A 4 year old boy refused to wear his hearing aid because "Super heroes don't wear hearing aids" so Marvel created one!

Green Lantern to be reintroduced as gay by DC Comics

http://www.guardian.co.uk/books/2012/ju ... sfeed=true

Yeah, that's just cheating

And if nothing else, the recent reboot happened because parallel universes and crossovers and all that other bollocks had gotten so out of hand that the stories were incomprehensible.
