Catwoman has, at least in my experience, always been quite a sexualised character. I mean, this is true of most female superheroes but CatWoman has always seemed to be a woman who has an understanding of her own sexuality, rather than just drawn as if from a 13 year old boy's fantasies. Essentially, she's sexy and she knows it and she's quite happy with the fact. I don't really think casting a teenage girl as Selina Kyle works all that well at all.
