Morning all, and a Happy Easter to those who are celebrating such things. Good night out last night, hangover not too catastrophic and just watched Dr. Who again to catch the bits I missed last night. Not bad at all.
Anyway, have a good day folks.

Morning.
*checks clock*
Yes, it's still morning.
So far today, had breakfast and watched the Malaysian GP. Now I'm going to immerse myself in some books to research design styles in the 1930s, with perhaps a spot of internet assistance.
Later, we'll watch Doctor Who.
I'm planning a photo safari for early tomorrow morning, too. I was going to do some of the Medway Towns, but I'm thinking a slightly smaller village near Maidstone might be preferable. I could be very wrong, but we'll see.
Right, books here we come!
*wave*

Gah! Blergh! Morning. Watched the good Doctor. Quite enjoyed it. Might have to watch it again to keep up with some of the mumbled dialogue. I was planning to be out early this morning, wielding my camera. Sadly, I awoke to an overcast sky, which was not part of the plan. I will need to get out soon, or I will explode. Today is catching up with the chores day. Enjoy what's left of the holiday, folks!

Lo peeps. The whole world has today off and I'm back at work It's a peculiar system with the upside being the Easter hols - the schools are closed so it means easy parking at work and in the surrounding streets In other news, my power steering is making funny noises and the rattle from the back has stopped - never a good sign as it's usually more expensive to repair I think I exploded last week - a few sunny days but mostly poo. Was reduced to trying to get decent shots of the family yesterday (the dog turned out well for the first time). Al

Morning all, up, again. Woke up at 05:30 with my girlfriend and took the dog for a walk, then back in bed. Feel rough now. Easter bunny left me a 3 pack of Toffifee, so breakfast is taken care of!

Afternoon all, Feels like my first time back online in ages... been feeling as rough as fcuk and have spent most of the time since Thursday afternoon asleep, (if you can call it that) Feeling a bit better now though. I also have to send an apologetic PM in a moment... Have a great day everyone.

Hola!
Back at my desk properly in a month, as I re-embark on my freelance career. I'm hoping I don't find the internet, this place, bookface or twibbling too much of a distraction. I must be firm in my resolve.
First thing is to make a list of things I need to do this week. After breakfast.
Have a good short week, folks!

Back after a long weekend up north with my parents. The entire family assembled for the first time in a very long time. Grandfathers are both appearing rather frailer than they used to be, but they are both 88 so not so surprising. Did a spot of hi fi listening, see seperate thread.

Morning All, Had a funny 5 minutes with one of my bosses this morning who has forgotten (after nearly 4 years using Lotus) that the symbol in her calendar of a finger with a bow tied around it is a reminder, not an appointment or a meeting and she didn't actually need to be here at 08:00 to prepare for a reminder at 08:30 *sigh* I'm sure somehow it will be my fault. I have a 1:1 with her in 10 minutes so I shall find out then. Otherwise, weekend was great, looking forward to a short week, travel goes on apace and I should have a bunch of stuff wrapped up by the end of today. Won a prize draw at the hotel VIP evening last week so that's to look forward to, and apart from that it's the spreadsheet of DOOM to be sorted this week!! Keep calm and Carry on
